Thank you, Florence! 🙏🏼 I think we are starting to see leadership moving away from “command & control” as Stephen M.R. Covey puts it. Vulnerability, empathy and purpose are powerful and can inspire. Deb Cupp at Microsoft is a great example of a leader who seems to get it! I hope more men will follow suit.
